Vilhelm Buchaus

Born in 2001, Vilhelm Buchaus is a singer-songwriter whose musical story began at the age of six, playing on a homemade guitar. As his passion for music grew, he picked up a real guitar, began singing, and eventually performed in Lilla Melodifestivalen—first as a solo artist and later as part of a band. Vilhelm’s journey as a solo artist took off in 2022 with the release of covers and original songs, and by 2023, he debuted with “First Cut,” followed by standout tracks like “Take Me to the Moon” and “My Mistake.”

In early 2025, Vilhelm is set to release his debut EP, Quiet Rooms, a collection showcasing his blend of classic rock influences and modern pop sensibilities. With his Melodifestivalen debut happening in the same year, Vilhelm is establishing himself as a rising star in the Swedish music scene—one whose raw talent and heartfelt songwriting resonate deeply with listeners.
